  Expensive, so you expect a great experience, but it turns out it's a facade. Service is fine, but when it comes to money, they will stiff you at any opportunity, and even take you to court. I made the mistake of assuming they are reasonable. After the 12 month contract, in person they said "you will go to a month by month basis". This was a big deal, because we didn't know exactly when we would move out (house shopping). The nice lady that was trying to get us to sign didn't mention that this month-by-month basis includes an ADDITIONAL $500 per month over the normal rent. In the contract it's a one-liner "they reserve the right to revise the rate". Then, as we go off contract for a few months, they hand us over to some account manager at the main office. Our understanding was that we are working with them now on closing the account. In the last few weeks we miss a regularly scheduled rent deadline (and they didn't mention that I should pay that), and they stiff me with another few hundred dollar "late fee". No cooperation, of course. It's the "system", it's the "policy", whatever. Like they don't have control over the billing. I pay it. Then, after I move out, I get forwarded mail; summons to court! they started the paperwork to evacuate us right away. I didn't go to court, with the mail forwarding delay, we missed the date. They simply won't cooperate with you. I hope by this review they lose one or two potential renters. They kind of deserved it.
